Easter

Easter was wonderful this year. It landed on General Conference weekend so we were able to stay home and enjoy hearing our church leaders speak to us, or as Taylor calls it "going to church in my PJ's. The kids woke up to their Easter baskets, each one with their cordinating new church book. Every year as a tradition I go up to Deseret Book before Easter and buy them each a new church book about our Savior Jesus Christ.  The EB is not really a main focus in our home so I feel this is helps the Children realize why we celebrate Easter. Taylors new book  this year, "Easter walk"  REALLY got me all choked up. I highly recommend it!

I look at my calendar and want to sit down, eat chocolate and read a book next to the fire in the arms of my love.  But alas I can not. I have been BUSY...SUPER busy. Have you ever been so busy you feel like this?  Do not get me wrong I THRIVE on being busy (why is that???)...its just that as of late I feel like I am chasing my tail most days. So I will be back to blogging, just not now =-). Until then....hold your children close, run and hug your husband when he gets home and LOVE life.

I love this man. 

and He loves me.

I feel overwhelmed as of late on how blessed we are right now. 

I have an eternal family, an AMAZING husband,  the gospel of Jesus Christ, BEAUTIFUL children, friends, a fabulous sister (love ya girl!), family....I have a home, good health, a husband who found a job quickly in a sour economy, a ward that I cherish. Life is good people. I am happy and I want you to know that through all the mist and lowliness of this world there is good. It maybe hard to see but look for the good because its there....it really is!
