I love you so but we have had a rough year. Being a homeowner is fun but please no more surprizes. Pipes bursting, moldy subfloors, 3 1/2 appliances dying, chandelier fuses blowing...... I think that is a good enough list with out futher embaressment. So lets have a new year. Lets get some paint, tile, grout and make this a better year! I am on board if you are..........(knock on wood).
